Hungarian herb stew
Ingredients for 2 servings:
60 g red onions, garlic
8 g clarified butter
25 ml white wine vinegar
300 g waxy potatoes
300 g white cabbage
80 g carrots
80 g celeriac
caraway, marjoram
20 g sweet paprika
salt, pepper, cornstarch

Preparation:
- Peel and chop onions and garlic.
- Put clarified butter in a slightly larger saucepan. Sweat the onions and garlic in it.
- Add paprika and deglaze with white wine vinegar. Add some water.
- Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots. Clean the cabbage and celery and also cut into cubes.
- Add the vegetables to the paprika sauce depending on the cooking time.
- At the end of the cooking time, bind the liquid with cornstarch and season to taste.
