- 2 tbsp spring onions
- ¼ bunch of parsley
- 3 tbsp curd cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- Wash the radishes, grate them or cut them into small cubes, wash the spring onions and parsley thoroughly and chop them finely.
- Stir up the curd, mix in the radishes, spring onions and parsley. Season to taste with lemon juice and spread on the bread.
Tip This homemade spread also tastes great with freshly baked rolls (see recipe “Green dragon soup with fire bread”).
