Semolina with strawberry puree

Ingredients for 2 servings:

250 ml skimmed milk

1 teaspoon honey

1 pinch of salt

1/2 untreated lemon

25 g durum wheat semolina

250 g strawberries

Preparation:

  • Wash the lemon with hot water, dry it and thinly cut the peel with a peeler. Bring the milk with honey, salt and lemon zest to the boil. Remove lemon peel.
  • Stir in semolina and leave to swell over low heat for about two minutes. Take the pot off the stove.
  • Wash the strawberries, remove the stalks and purée finely.
  • Serve the semolina with strawberry puree.
