¼ l skimmed milk
50 g short-grain rice
1 tablespoon honey
pulp from a vanilla pod

- Bring the milk and rice to the boil and then let it soak on a low heat for 20 minutes.
Add honey and vanilla pulp. Fill in glass bowls and place in the refrigerator.
Serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
