Ingredients for 2 servings:
200 g cabbage
40 g onions
40 g potatoes
20 g smoked food
10 g oil
400 ml soup or water

Preparation:

Cut the cabbage into fine strips and slice the onions. Dice potatoes and smoked meat.
Roast the onions in oil. Add smoked meat, cabbage and potatoes as well.
- Season and add soup.
- Cook everything until soft and season to taste.
- Mix the sour cream with garlic and salt and serve with the soup.
