Preparation:

  • Wash, clean, peel and cut the kohlrabi and potatoes into small pieces, finely chop the onion.
  • Heat the oil in a non-stick saucepan, roast the onion, then the kohlrabi and potatoes, add the vegetable soup, bring to the boil and continue to cook over a low heat until the vegetables are done.
  • Puree the soup with a hand blender, add the milk and season with salt, pepper and chervil.
