kohlrabi soup

Ingredients for 2 servings:
250 g kohlrabi
1 potato
1/2 onion
1 teaspoon olive oil
250 ml clear vegetable soup
50 ml low-fat milk
salt, pepper

Preparation:
- Wash, clean, peel and cut the kohlrabi and potatoes into small pieces, finely chop the onion.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick saucepan, roast the onion, then the kohlrabi and potatoes, add the vegetable soup, bring to the boil and continue to cook over a low heat until the vegetables are done.
- Puree the soup with a hand blender, add the milk and season with salt, pepper and chervil.
