Ingredients for 2 servings:
1/2 onion
300 g carrots
1 orange
1 teaspoon sunflower oil
300 ml clear vegetable soup

Preparation:
- Peel onions and cut them into fine pieces; Wash the carrots and cut into cubes; Halve and squeeze the orange.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick saucepan, roast the onion and carrots in it, add orange juice, pour the vegetable soup on top and cook over a low heat for about 15 minutes.
- Puree the soup with a hand blender and serve on plates.
