Ingredients for 2 servings:
½ onion
1 teaspoon oil
½ l water
1 soup greens
2 potatoes, greasy
250 g cauliflower
some marjoram
some lovage
1 bay leaf
some caraway
salt, pepper

Preparation:
- Sweat peeled and finely chopped onions in a saucepan until translucent, pour water over them and bring to the boil.

Dice the soup greens, peeled potatoes and cauliflower and place in the saucepan.
Add marjoram, lovage, bay leaf and caraway seeds, cook for about 20 minutes and puree with a blender.
- Before serving, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
