Cucumber soup

Particularly recommended for seniors!

Ingredients for 2 servings:

1 cucumber

250 g yogurt (1%)

garlic

salt, pepper

dill

Preparation:

  • Wash, halve and core the cucumber. Then cut into small cubes.
  • Add yoghurt to the cucumber pieces and puree with a hand blender. Season to taste with garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Finely chop the dill and stir in.
  • Serve the soup cold.

Tip Tomatoes can also be used instead of cucumbers.
