Spinach and sheep cheese strudel

Ingredients:
½ onion
1 small clove of garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
500 g spinach leaves a
little lemon juice

Ingredients for the yoghurt dip:
250 g low-fat yoghurt (1%)
chives
2 pickles
1 teaspoon mustard a
little lemon juice
salt, pepper
Preparation:
- Peel onion and garlic and chop finely.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, sauté the onion and garlic, add the spinach leaves and a little lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the strudel pastry, spread the spinach filling and diced sheep cheese on the front third, roll up, brush with water and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- For the dip, mix the yoghurt with finely chopped chives and finely diced pickles, add the mustard and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
