Zucchini casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

700 g courgette

50 g carrots

250 g low-fat curd cheese

50 ml milk

3 eggs

40 g spelled flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

125 g low-fat cheese (30% FiT)

Salt, pepper, nutmeg, caraway seeds

  • Rasp cheese. Wash, clean and roughly grate the zucchini and carrots.
  • Mix the skimmed curd cheese, milk, eggs, flour and baking powder well in a bowl.
  • Fold in the vegetables and cheese and season.
  • Put the mixture in a coated baking dish, smooth it out and bake at 170 degrees (convection) in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
