Ingredients for 6 small pizzas:

½ cube of yeast (20 g)

3 tbsp lukewarm water

¼ tsp sugar

100 g wholemeal spelled

flour 150 g wheat flour

1 tsp salt a

little thyme

2 tbsp oil

approx. 125 ml lukewarm water

1 red bell pepper

2 tomatoes

½ zucchini

½ can corn

1 small can of peeled tomatoes (400 g)

2 tablespoons of tomato paste

salt, pepper, oregano

6 slices of turkey ham

150 g of grated low-fat semi-hard cheese

Preparation:

  • Dissolve the yeast in 3 tbsp lukewarm water, mix with sugar and let rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
  • Put the flour in a bowl, season with salt and season. Stir in yeast, room temperature oil with the necessary water and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  • Then divide the dough into six parts, roll out each part into a pizza and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Wash peppers, tomatoes and zucchini and cut into cubes, strain and wash the corn.
  • For the tomato sauce, strain the tomatoes from the can, mix with tomato paste and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  • Brush the pizzas with tomato sauce as required, top with turkey ham, bell pepper, tomatoes, zucchini, corn and sprinkle with grated cheese. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.

    Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven at 250 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
