Ingredients for the cress dip:
250 g low-fat yoghurt
1/2 beet of cress a
little lemon juice
Salt, pepper
Ingredients for the tomato-paprika dip:
250 g low-fat yoghurt
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
- Wash vegetables and cut into sticks or strips.
- For the tomato and pepper dip, stir the yogurt with the other ingredients until smooth and serve in a small bowl.
- For the cress dip, stir the yoghurt with the other ingredients until smooth and serve in a small bowl.
