Strawberry, banana and buttermilk drink
Particularly recommended for working people!
Ingredients for 2 servings:
200 g strawberries
1 banana
300 ml buttermilk a
little lime juice
mint leaves for garnish

Preparation:
- Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Peel the banana and cut into small pieces.
- Mix the fruit, buttermilk and a little lime juice with a hand blender until foamy, fill into two glasses before serving and garnish with mint leaves.
Tip The buttermilk can also be mixed with other fruits. This drink is ideal as a refreshment in between.
