Domino bread
Particularly recommended for children!
Ingredients for 4 pieces:
some chives and parsley
2 small carrots
100 g low-fat curd
salt, pepper
2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 slices of mixed wheat bread

Preparation:

Wash and finely chop the chives and parsley. Finely grate the carrots.
Mix the curd cheese with the chives, parsley and carrots, season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the rinds from the bread. Spread a slice of wholemeal bread with a third of the curd cheese mixture, place a slice of mixed bread on top and also spread a third of curd cheese.
- Another slice of wholemeal bread is placed on top and the remaining spread is spread. As a conclusion, the last slice of mixed bread is placed on top.
- Cut the bread into bite-sized pieces.
