Video: Nettle Tartlets - Healthy Recipes

Nettle tartlets
Ingredients for 4 people:
100 g puff pastry (whole grain)
40 g nettle leaves, tender
50 ml milk
50 ml sour cream
1 egg
1 small onion, very finely chopped
½ clove of garlic, squeezed
salt, pepper, nutmeg a
little cumin seeds

preparation
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut out 4 roundels with a diameter of 12 cm. Place in buttered baking dishes, prick the bottom.
- Blanch the nettle leaves, drain well and chop very finely.
- Whisk the other ingredients - without caraway seeds - and mix with the chopped nettles.
- Pour into the molds and bake in the preheated oven at 200ºC for about 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with caraway seeds after 5 minutes and continue baking.
- Serve the tartlets with fresh salad.
