Savoy cabbage salad with quince, apple and walnuts
Ingredients for 2 servings:
400 g savoy cabbage
120 g apples
60 g quince
80 g sour cream
juice of half a lemon

Preparation:
- Cut out the thick stem from the savoy cabbage leaves, wash the leaves well, drain them and cut into fine strips.
- Wash the apples and quinces well and cut into fine strips with a vegetable slicer.
- Mix the sour cream with lemon juice and salt in a larger bowl, mix well with the savoy cabbage, apple and quince strips and garnish with walnuts.
- Black bread that was briefly roasted without fat goes very well with it.
