Ingredients for 2 servings:
4 plums
4 fresh figs
400 ml low-fat buttermilk (1%)
1 tablespoon low-fat curd
100 g whole grain cereal flakes 1 tablespoon
ground flaxseed

Preparation:
- Wash and core the plums, peel the figs and cut both into large cubes.
- Mix the buttermilk with the curd, mix with the cereal flakes and allow to swell briefly. Add the fruit and flaxseed and serve immediately
Note The cereal flakes can be varied with any type of fruit.
