Ingredients for 2 servings:

4 plums

4 fresh figs

400 ml low-fat buttermilk (1%)

1 tablespoon low-fat curd

100 g whole grain cereal flakes 1 tablespoon

ground flaxseed

Preparation:

  • Wash and core the plums, peel the figs and cut both into large cubes.
  • Mix the buttermilk with the curd, mix with the cereal flakes and allow to swell briefly. Add the fruit and flaxseed and serve immediately
