Muesli with dried plums
Ingredients for 2 servings:
80 g cereal flakes
250 ml skimmed milk
50 g skimmed yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
3 dried plums

Preparation:
- Mix the cereal flakes with the skimmed milk and yogurt and allow to swell briefly. Then sweeten with honey.
- Cut the prunes into small pieces and mix with the muesli.
