Ingredients for 4 servings:

1 sugar loaf salad

1 apple

1 carrot

1 tbsp sunflower oil

balsamic vinegar

Preparation:

  • Wash the sugar loaf and cut into strips one cm thick.
  • Grate the apple and carrot.
  • Prepare a marinade with the balsamic vinegar, sunflower oil and salt and pour over the salad.

Note Fresh seedlings go wonderfully with this!
