Ingredients for 4 servings:
1 sugar loaf salad
1 apple
1 carrot
1 tbsp sunflower oil
balsamic vinegar
salt
roasted pumpkin seeds

Preparation:
- Wash the sugar loaf and cut into strips one cm thick.
- Grate the apple and carrot.
- Prepare a marinade with the balsamic vinegar, sunflower oil and salt and pour over the salad.
- Serve with chopped and roasted pumpkin seeds.
Note Fresh seedlings go wonderfully with this!
