Pasta salad with radishes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

350 g colored spiral noodles

25 g mushrooms

1 onion

8–10 radishes

½ iceberg lettuce

4–5 carrots

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

vegetable oil

salt, pepper

Preparation:

  • Cook the spiral noodles in salted water until al dente, strain and rinse with cold water.
  • Clean and wash the mushrooms, chop them into leaves and fry briefly in oil.
  • Clean and wash the radishes and carrots and cut into thin wedges.
  • Wash the lettuce and cut into noodles.
  • Mix all ingredients and marinate with finely chopped onion, oil, salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar, mustard and tomato pulp.
  • Sprinkle the pasta salad with some chopped cress.
