Pasta salad with radishes
Ingredients for 4 servings:
350 g colored spiral noodles
25 g mushrooms
1 onion
8–10 radishes
½ iceberg lettuce
4–5 carrots
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
vegetable oil
salt, pepper
tarragon
mustard Paradeismark
approx. 1/4 l yogurt 1.5%

Preparation:
- Cook the spiral noodles in salted water until al dente, strain and rinse with cold water.
- Clean and wash the mushrooms, chop them into leaves and fry briefly in oil.
- Clean and wash the radishes and carrots and cut into thin wedges.
- Wash the lettuce and cut into noodles.
- Mix all ingredients and marinate with finely chopped onion, oil, salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar, mustard and tomato pulp.
- Sprinkle the pasta salad with some chopped cress.
