160 g whole wheat pasta

150 g peas

1 tomato

1 yellow pepper

2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

4 tbsp yogurt (1%)

Preparation:

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, strain and rinse with cold water.
  • Boil the peas, chop the tomatoes and peppers and mix everything with the pasta.
  • Prepare a marinade from vinegar, yoghurt, salt and pepper and stir into the pasta.

    Arrange the pasta salad and sprinkle with chopped basil.
