Vegetable and sheep cheese salad
Particularly recommended for seniors
Ingredients for 2 servings:
1 can of corn (125 g)
1 cucumber
2 small carrots
½ red paprika
4 cocktail tomatoes
100 g sheep's cheese, low in fat
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt, pepper

Preparation:
- Drain the corn and mix with the rest of the washed and cut vegetables.
- Dice the cheese and add to the vegetables.
- For the marinade, mix balsamic vinegar, oil, salt and pepper, pour over the salad and sprinkle with chopped basil.
Tip The vegetables can vary.
