Spaghetti with vegetable sauce
Particularly recommended for children!
Ingredients for 2 servings:
1 carrot
½ zucchini
1 small onion
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 can of peeled tomatoes (400 g) or 4 fresh tomatoes peeled and diced
salt, oregano
160 g spaghetti

Preparation:

Wash and finely grate the carrot and zucchini. Peel onion and chop finely.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the onion briefly.
- Add tomatoes, grated carrots and zucchini, season and simmer on a low heat.

In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
Strain the spaghetti and divide it on two plates, pour a little sauce over it and serve.
