Farfalle with spinach and cherry tomatoes
Ingredients for 2 servings:
200 g Farfalle (butterfly noodles)
10 g olive oil
25 ml white wine
vinegar spoon tip coarse mustard
40 g roasted pine nuts
80 g halved cherry tomatoes
100 g leaf spinach
40 g freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation:
- Boil the farfalle in plenty of boiling water. In the meantime, mix the oil, vinegar and mustard thoroughly with the whisk. Strain the pasta.
- Wash, clean and drain the spinach well. Cut roughly.
- Either mix the hot noodles with all the other ingredients and serve immediately or rinse the noodles thoroughly in the sieve under running cold water and mix them cold with the other ingredients.
