Spelled spaghetti with celery
Ingredients for 2 servings:
200 g spelled spaghetti
160 g celery
100 g tomato
garlic
salt, pepper, oregano, basil

Preparation:
- Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Scald tomatoes and dice; Peel the celery stalks - chop the leaves and cut the stalks into strips. Be sure to cut away woody areas.
- Fry the cloves of garlic in olive oil, add the tomatoes, season with oregano and chopped celery leaves, season with salt and pepper. Add the celery strips and simmer for about 15 minutes. Mix in the chopped basil and pasta. Serve with some hard cheese or parmesan.
- Goes well with chicken in lemon sauce.
