4 eggs
150 g sugar
120 g flour
50 g butter
300 g rhubarb

Preparation:
- Wash the rhubarb and cut into two cm long pieces.
- Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until foamy, add the egg whites and continue stirring on the lowest level until the dough is thick.
- Then fold in the flour and finally mix in the hot, melted butter.
- Place the dough in a round cake tin prepared with fat and flour and cover with the rhubarb, press the pieces of rhubarb into the dough with a fork.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
