Spinach Lasagne
Particularly recommended for pregnant / breastfeeding women!
Ingredients:
500 g spinach leaves
½ onion
1 small clove of garlic
1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
salt, pepper
200 ml low-fat milk
1 tablespoon whole wheat flour

Preparation:
- Wash fresh spinach leaves, blanch them briefly in a little water and squeeze out well. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, sauté the onion and garlic, add the spinach leaves and season with salt and pepper.
- For the sauce, stir part of the cold milk with wholemeal flour until smooth. Heat the rest of the milk and the soup seasoning, stir in the milk and flour mixture and briefly bring to the boil.
- In a greased baking dish, layer alternately lasagne sheets, spinach and shredded sheep cheese. Finish with lasagne sheets and sauce.
- Bake the lasagna in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for around 25 to 30 minutes.
