Carrot and apple muffins
Ingredients for 10 pieces:
150 g carrots, finely grated
150 g sour apples, grated
70 g walnuts, chopped
160 g flour
120 g sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder a
little salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 eggs
100 g vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Preparation:
- Mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts together.
- Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy and slowly stir in oil. Then carefully fold in the carrots and apples, as well as the flour mixture.
- Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake at about 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
