Carrot and apple muffins

Ingredients for 10 pieces:

150 g carrots, finely grated

150 g sour apples, grated

70 g walnuts, chopped

160 g flour

120 g sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder a

Preparation:

  • Mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts together.
  • Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy and slowly stir in oil. Then carefully fold in the carrots and apples, as well as the flour mixture.
