Fruit balls
Particularly recommended for children!
Ingredients for approx. 35 pieces:
14 pieces of dried apricots
1 tbsp honey
160 g ground almonds

Preparation:

Soak the dried apricots in one liter of water for about an hour.
Pour away the water, drain the apricots and puree them with the honey using a blender.
- Knead 140 g of ground almonds into the apricot mixture.
- Form small balls and roll them in the remaining almonds.
Tip Other dried fruits can be used instead of apricots. The fruit balls are ideal as a small Christmas present.
