Broccoli Asian

Ingredients for 2 servings:

30 g shallots

1 clove of garlic

½ chilli pepper

20 g peanut oil

200 g broccoli, cut into florets

40 g carrots, cut into strips or slices

½ yellow bell pepper, approx. 40 g each, cut into strips

Preparation:

  • Finely dice the garlic and shallots, remove the kernels from the chilli peppers, cut the chilli into fine rings. Cut the bell pepper into strips, the carrots into strips, and the broccoli into small florets.
  • Heat the clarified butter in a pan or in a wok, fry the garlic, shallots and chilli briefly, add the curry and sugar. Deglaze with a little vegetable stock and cook the vegetables in it for about 15 minutes. Season with soy sauce, ginger and lemon juice.
  • Serve with rice. If you like, you can sear meat cut into strips, e.g. pork, and fold it under the vegetables.
