Wok vegetables
Ingredients for 2 servings:
400 g mixed vegetables (Chinese cabbage, carrots, red peppers, etc.)
8 g rapeseed oil
½ chilli pepper (hot or less hot, cut into strips, depending on your taste)
½ teaspoon freshly chopped ginger
½ teaspoon chopped garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt, pepper, parsley, coriander greens, chives or other fresh herbs, finely chopped
some sesame oil and sesame
seeds for sprinkling

Preparation:
- Clean the vegetables and cut into strips. Heat a wok or pan, pour in oil and heat. Add the cut vegetables including the chilli strips and fry. Add ginger, garlic and soy sauce and fry briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sesame oil. Mix in the herbs and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
- Serve with rice. Fish or smoked tofu that is cut into cubes and served with the vegetables go very well with this.
