Ingredients for 2 servings:
2 pieces of radicchio, approx. 200 g
1 piece of chicory, approx. 100 g

Preparation:
- Cut one radicchio and one chicory vegetable into sixths, brown the cut surfaces briefly in a hot pan and keep warm.

Cut a piece of radicchio into strips and
sauté briefly in a pan with a little olive oil, remove from the pan, carefully mix with the rocket and season with lemon juice.
- Serve with the fried salad.
- Serve with sour cream and parmesan if you like.
