Vegetable platter with two kinds of sauces
Ingredients for 2 servings:
2 carrots
1 kohlrabi
200 g broccoli
200 g cauliflower
For the cress sauce:
180 g yogurt (1%)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt, peppercress
For the tomato and paprika sauce:
180 g yogurt (1%)
1 teaspoon Tomato paste
½ teaspoon paprika powder

Preparation:
- Wash, cut and steam vegetables.
- For the cress sauce, stir creamy yogurt and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Fold in the cress.
- For the tomato and pepper sauce, mix all the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.
