Preparation:

  • Cook the green beans al dente. Cut the sheep cheese and tomatoes into cubes, finely chop the onions and garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan, fry the onions until golden brown, add the garlic, mix in the tomatoes and the spices, add the tomato juice and reduce. Serve the green beans with the sauce.
