Greek fisoles with sheep cheese
Ingredients for 2 servings:
400 g green beans
100 g sheep cheese
100 g onions
1 clove of garlic
200 g tomato
salt, pepper, thyme, olive oil a
little tomato juice

Preparation:
- Cook the green beans al dente. Cut the sheep cheese and tomatoes into cubes, finely chop the onions and garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan, fry the onions until golden brown, add the garlic, mix in the tomatoes and the spices, add the tomato juice and reduce. Serve the green beans with the sauce.
- Put the sheep cheese cubes in an ovenproof dish and heat in the oven at 200 degrees until brown spots appear on the surface. Serve the beans with the grilled sheep cheese.
- Polenta slices, for example, are suitable.
