Preparation:
- Finely chop the onions, translate them in a little fat. Peel celery and carrots, wash, roughly grate and roast with.
- Then add the not too finely chopped Chinese cabbage, pour on the soup, season with salt, pepper and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
