Chicken paprika with pea rice

Ingredients for 2 servings:
2 onions
150 g mushrooms
200 g chicken breast
1 tbsp olive oil
paprika powder
1–2 tbsp flour
100 g basmati rice (raw)
75 g frozen peas

Preparation:
- Peel and finely chop the onions. Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin leaves. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the oil in a coated saucepan. First fry the onions, then the meat and mushrooms, add the paprika powder and pour water over it until the meat is covered and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes until the meat is tender. Finally stir the flour into a little lukewarm water, mix well, add to the meat and bring to the boil again.
- Prepare rice according to the instructions on the packet, add the peas just before the end of the cooking time and arrange on plates with the chicken.
