Cabbage meat with potatoes
Ingredients for 2 servings:
200 g onions
1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
150 g lean pork
1 teaspoon paprika
50 ml vegetable soup
Salt, pepper, caraway seeds
1 package sauerkraut (500 g)
300 g potatoes

Preparation:
- Peel the onions, chop them finely and sweat them in hot oil.
- Cut the meat into cubes and briefly roast with the onions.
- Add the paprika and pour on the vegetable soup. Season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds and cook for about 10 minutes. If necessary, add vegetable soup or water.

Mix in the sauerkraut with the juice, mix well and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve with boiled potatoes.
