Cabbage patties
Ingredients for 2 servings:
300 g cabbage (e.g. savoy cabbage or kale)
40 g onions
6 g oil
40 g ham
1 egg
20 g flour
100 g greasy potatoes
Salt, pepper, nutmeg

Preparation:
- Halve the cabbage, remove the stalk and blanch and chop finely. Fry the finely chopped onions and diced ham in oil until golden brown. Add the cabbage, season with salt and steam it until there is no more liquid.
- Overcool, grate the raw potatoes and mix well with the remaining ingredients. A slightly creamy mass is created. Shape patties and fry in oil on both sides.
- It goes well with parsley potatoes and a cold chive sauce.
