Cabbage stew with veal
Particularly recommended for working people!
Ingredients for 2 servings:
500 g cabbage
½ onion
4 medium-sized potatoes
180 g lean veal
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt, cayenne pepper
caraway seeds
balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon low-fat yogurt (1%)

Preparation:
- Wash the cabbage, remove the outer leaves and the stalk and cut into small strips. Peel onions and cut them into fine pieces. Peel and quarter the potatoes. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick saucepan, fry the onions first, then the meat, potatoes and cabbage.
- Pour in water until the mixture is covered and simmer for about 30 minutes (until the potatoes are cooked).
- Season with salt, cayenne pepper and caraway seeds and season with vinegar and yoghurt.
