Chicken pot with basmati rice
Particularly recommended for seniors!
Ingredients for 2 servings:
½ onion
2 carrots
150 g peas
2 chicken fillets
1 teaspoon peppercorns
250 ml vegetable soup
160 g basmati rice

Preparation:
- Peel and chop the onion, wash the vegetables and cut the carrots into small pieces. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
- Bring the onions, carrots, peas and peppercorns to the boil in the vegetable soup, add the meat and simmer for about 20 minutes over a mild heat.
- Put the rice in plenty of boiling salted water, cover and cook for about twelve minutes and strain.
- Arrange the stew with rice on a plate and serve.
