Stuffed onions in two ways

Ingredients for 2 servings:

Preparation:

  • Hollow out white onions. Mix the minced meat with the soaked bread roll, finely chopped and roasted onions (use part of the hollowed out onion mixture), pine nuts and the spices and pour into the onions.
  • For the filling, press the boiled potatoes, mix in the blue cheese, yolks, spices and a little honey and pour into the hollowed out red onions.
  • Put the onions in an ovenproof dish, add the soup and cook in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about half an hour.
  • The hollowed out onion mass can be finely chopped and used for sauces, soups or vegetable dishes.
