Preparation:
- Cut the side of the chicken breast fillets. Scald tomatoes briefly with hot water, peel off the skin and cut into large slices. Drain the mozzarella and cut into large slices.
- Fill the chicken breast fillets with tomato and mozzarella slices, fix the opening with toothpicks, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a coated pan and fry the meat, remove it from the pan, cover with basil leaves and rosemary sprigs, wrap in aluminum foil and place in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes. ferment.
- Clean the green beans, wash them, cook them in salted water until soft, sprinkle with dill and serve with the meat.
