Spaghetti with salmon and arugula

Ingredients for 2 servings:
180 g whole wheat spaghetti (raw)
100 g smoked salmon
2 spring onions
1 teaspoon olive oil a
little lime juice
40 g rocket
1 teaspoon pine nuts

Preparation:
- Cook and strain the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and the onions into fine rings.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, fry the onions lightly and deglaze with lime juice. Remove the pan from the hot plate and add first smoked salmon, then rocket and mix with the pasta.
- Roast the pine nuts in a hot, non-oiled pan. Arrange the spaghetti on plates and sprinkle with pine nuts.
