Plaice with carrot
Particularly recommended for children!
Ingredients for 2 servings:
2 plaice fillets
salt, pepper, a
little lemon juice
1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
250 g carrots
60 ml vegetable soup
28 peas (fresh or frozen) for garnish

Preparation:
- Rinse the plaice fillets well with cold water, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a little lemon juice.

Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan and fry the fish fillets on both sides.
Wash the carrots, cut into cubes and sauté in the vegetable soup for about 15 minutes.
- Then puree and season with salt and pepper.
- Boil the peas in salted water until soft.
- Arrange the plaice fillets on a plate. Place four round portions of the carrot puree side by side as a caterpillar and decorate with the cooked peas.
