Trout grilled with a herb filling

Ingredients for 2 servings:
1 teaspoon olive oil a
little lemon juice
Salt, pepper
2 trout, ready to cook
1 clove of garlic
Herbs (parsley, thyme, sage, rosemary)

Preparation:
- Mix the oil and lemon juice, stir well and season with salt and pepper.
- Wash the trout inside and out under running water and dab with a paper towel.
- Brush the trout inside and out with the lemon oil. Peel the garlic, cut into slices and add it to the fish along with the chopped herbs.
- Score the skin of the trout crosswise on both sides and grill in the oven at 170 degrees until the skin is crispy.
