Preparation:

  • Mix the oil and lemon juice, stir well and season with salt and pepper.
  • Wash the trout inside and out under running water and dab with a paper towel.
  • Brush the trout inside and out with the lemon oil. Peel the garlic, cut into slices and add it to the fish along with the chopped herbs.
