Fish stew with cabbage sprouts

Ingredients for 2 servings:
300 g cabbage sprouts
1 red bell pepper
1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
400 ml vegetable soup
2 pangasius fillets (180 g each)
salt, pepper, dill

- Wash the cabbage sprouts and cut in half. Wash the peppers, remove the casing and cut into small cubes. Peel and halve the onion and cut into thin rings.
- Sweat the onion in hot oil in a coated saucepan until translucent, add the vegetables and pour the soup on top. Simmer over medium heat.
- Wash the fish, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper and chopped dill. Add the pangasius to the vegetables, sprinkle in the paprika and continue cooking until the fish is done.
Tip The fish can vary as desired.
