Fried pikeperch with letscho
Particularly recommended for working people
Ingredients for 2 servings:
2 pikeperch fillets (approx. 150 g each) a
little lemon juice
salt, pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
possibly garlic
½ onion

3 tomatoes
2 green peppers
1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation:
- Drizzle the pikeperch fillets with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, fry in oil on both sides and add some pressed garlic if necessary.
- For the letscho, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash tomatoes, scald them briefly with hot water, peel off the skin, remove the stems and cut into small cubes. Wash, clean and chop the peppers as well.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, roast the onion first, then the peppers and tomatoes, add the garlic and cook over a medium heat for about 20 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper and herbs and arrange on plates with the fish.
