Chilli with smoked tofu

1 onion

3 tomatoes

½ green paprika

1 chilli pepper

1 teaspoon olive oil

300 g kidney beans (canned)

100 g corn (canned)

200 g smoked tofu

Preparation:

  • Wash and clean vegetables. Peel onions and cut them into fine pieces. Scald tomatoes briefly with

    hot water, peel off the skin and cut into small cubes. Chop the paprika and chilli pepper as well.

  • Heat the oil in a coated saucepan, fry the onion, chilli peppers, bell peppers and tomatoes and cook over a low heat for about 10 minutes.

    Add the beans, corn and cut tofu and season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds.
