Ingredients for 2 servings:
1 onion
1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
¼ celery root
2 carrots
½ leek
125 g kohlrabi
200 g cauliflower
125 g green beans
500 ml vegetable soup
Salt, pepper

Preparation:
- Peel and chop the onion.
- Heat oil in a non-stick saucepan and sauté the onion until translucent.
- Peel the celery. Wash and cut the vegetables and put them in the pot.
- Pour in the soup and simmer over medium heat.
- Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
