125 g kohlrabi

200 g cauliflower

125 g green beans

500 ml vegetable soup

Preparation:

  • Peel and chop the onion.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick saucepan and sauté the onion until translucent.
  • Peel the celery. Wash and cut the vegetables and put them in the pot.
